WorkAbility provides:

  • A statewide cooperative to assist students with disabilities to enter the world of work.
  • A coordinated program which integrates efforts of the Department of Rehabilitation, the Employment Development Department, Community Agencies, and Local Educational Agencies.
  • A means for special needs students to complete their secondary education while also training in private and public sector jobs.
  • Training and employment program working to benefit students, employers and the community at large.
